1. Kyle and Kenny's hair is RARELY visible
2. Kyle's hair is goofy-looking and curly. It's not "bishu". Get over it.
3. Stan and Kyle's hats cover their hair completely. It doesn't poke out in thick animu locks. Same thing with Ken-dog's hood.
4. Cartoon hair is not sexy. Except for this: [link] (Thanks, Adam. =P)
